In the car, on the way to my Mom's house.
Najwa: Ibu, look ade Jalur Gemilang. Semua rumah ade kan, Bu?
Me: Ha ah. Kereta pun ade Jalur Gemilang.
Najwa: Kenapa?
Me : Oh sebab kita celebrate Merdeka Day.
Najwa: Kenapa?
Me : Sebab kita semua orang Malaysia. Orang Malaysia sambut National Day esok.
Najwa: Oh..Malaysia tu macam Malaysian Idol yeh, Ibu?
Me and Firhad : ....

My sister-in-law told us about Abang, her 8 year old son. Sometimes he walks in his sleep and do stuff only for him to deny later.
Apparently Abang woke up in the middle of the night to pee but instead of doing his business in the toilet, he pee-ed with eyes shut at the dust bin outside the toilet. The following night, my SIL heard Abang got up from his bed, she quickly coaxed him to the toilet. When she peeped, she saw Abang aiming at the basin filled with water instead of the toilet bowl!

Let's put our hands together for Firhad! He got himself a box of nicortine patch. Although a box that lasts 7 days cost much much more than cigarette packs for the same period, it's worth a try. Jangan lak tryyyy je...nawaitu kene kuat la jugak kan.
I don't have qualms with man and cigarette (especially if it's Marlboro). But since Naim started picking up crayons and put it in between his lips and defended himself by saying "Im sap okok jer", we realised things should change.
Oh, if you want to get yourself those nicortine patch, go to Apex Pharmacy. It costs only RM57 (20%) discount) as compared to Guardian RM72
. I think the government should subsidise these corrective products instead of spending millions on billboards, kan?

show ur smoker spouse this :-
WHEN SMOKERS QUIT
Within 20 minutes of smoking that last cigarette, the body begins a series of changes that continues for years.
20 minutes: Your heart rate drops.
12 hours: The carbon monoxide level in your blood drops to normal.
2 weeks to 3 months: Your circulation improves and your lung function increases.
1 to 9 months: Coughing and shortness of breath decrease; cilia (tiny hairlike structures in the lungs) regain normal function, increasing the ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs and reduce the risk of infection.
1 year: The excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a smoker's.
5 years: Your stroke risk is reduced to that of a nonsmoker 5-15 years after quitting.
10 years: The lung cancer death rate is about half that of a continuing smoker's. The risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, cervix and pancreas decreases.
15 years: The risk of coronary heart disease is that of a nonsmoker's.
